Description: Welcome to our Handstand and Strength Coaching program! With over 5 years of teaching experience and 10 years of personal practice, our teacher is dedicated to helping you master the art of handstands and achieve overall strength development. Whether you're a beginner or have some prior experience, we offer personalized coaching tailored to your specific goals and abilities. Handstand & Strength: Days: Tuesday, Thursday at 4:30pm & Saturday at 8am. Level: Welcome to all level Highlights: 1. Handstand Training: Our program is focused on mastering handstands and their variations. We start with the fundamentals, ensuring proper alignment, balance, and technique. As you progress, we introduce more complex exercises and variations to enhance your skills. 2. Strengthening Drills: In addition to handstands, we incorporate various strengthening drills to target different muscle groups. These exercises aim to improve core strength, shoulder stability, and overall body control. 3. Personalized Approach: Every individual has unique strengths and areas for improvement. Our coaching is personalized to address your specific needs, ensuring optimal progress and a safe training experience. 4. Progress Tracking: We will track your progress throughout the coaching program, monitoring your improvement and making adjustments as necessary to maximize your results. 5. Support and Motivation: Our instructor will provide ongoing support, encouragement, and guidance to keep you motivated and on track to achieve your handstand and strength goals.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will not be eligible for a refund.
