Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Prashantha Yoga, we are committed to ensuring satisfaction for all our customers. Our policies for refunds and cancellations are as follows:

  1. Class Cancellations:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time to receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Service Cancellations:

    • For cancellations of services such as workshops, retreats, or private sessions, a notice of at least 7 days is required for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

    • No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service.

  3. Digital Products:

    • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

  4. Physical Products:

    • Customers can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.

    • The product must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  5. Refund Processing:

    • All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the request.

Shipping Policy

For our valued customers purchasing physical goods, we offer the following shipping policy:

  1. Shipping Timeline:

    • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

    • Domestic shipping within India typically takes 5-7 business days.

    • International shipping times may vary based on the destination, generally taking between 10-20 business days.

  2. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the product and the shipping destination.

    • Customers will be informed of the shipping cost at the time of purchase.

  3. Customs and Import Taxes:

    • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Prashantha Yoga is not responsible for delays due to customs.

  4. Tracking:

    • Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been shipped.

  5. Damaged or Lost Items:
