Focus: Building upper body and core strength for arm balances. Key Poses:Urdhva Kukkutasana, Mayurasana, Pincha Mayurasana, Galavasana, Bakasana (Crow Pose), Astavakrasana (Eight-Angle Pose), and Tittibhasana (Firefly Pose) Etc.. Teaching Points: Hand placement, core engagement, Techniques and overcoming the fear of falling.
