Service Description

Focus: Deep Back bending and spine flexibility to work towards healthy Backbends. Key Poses: Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (Pigeon Pose), Kapotasana, Vrschikasana, Natarajasana , and Many preperatory Poses. Teaching Points: Establishing a strong base, alignment, and safe entry into and exit from Advanced Poses.
